There were two groups I interviewed with, after the initial phone screen. One was on a Thursday and the other was on the following Monday, I had an offer by Thu of the second week. The total time from phone screen to written offer was 2 weeks. The questions mainly tested algorithmic knowledge, requiring me to come up with strategies to solve sample problem scenarios.

I spent half a day in their office, talked to 4 R&D members. I was mainly commenting about my previous experiences and answering technical questions about C++ programming or EDA algorithms.
