4 steps so far. 1st round, 2 hours, lots of discussion about previous projects and technicalities, in depth and details. 2nd round, C++ test. There was a miscommunication about programming language about Python or C++. But the interviewer sorted it. 3rd Round, role suitability discussion. Relevant questions, gave a good overview of company. Impressed with the work and work environment description. So far so good. Professional and knowledgable interviewers with relevant questions/discussions. Come 4th round, again C++ interview. Highly unprofessional. The interviewer didn't bother to turn the camera on. He'd jump into most of the answers I provided, and start suggesting/giving hints, even though I had already considered those, without seeing my code. Asks me to write pseudo code in notepad, and then changes his mind to write compilable code on notepad. One of the most negative interview experience. I haven't heard back from Cadence yet, but I am most likely going to deny based on this interview.

Obviously, not in a good spirit to post actual questions here, but the theme was very relevant to my prior experience and skills. No mad data structure and algorithm question, but practical problem solving test which is what we do in our day to day dev work.

Round 2: DSA easy, DSA medium, C++ in-depth, multithreading
Was asked to implement vector class with rule of 5.
DSA question was based on DFS.
Round 1: interviewer knew how to take a interivew and not make it a exam, It should be discussion.
Round 2: Need to know how to take interviews, They asked DSA question like it was exam. Gave the question and then pin drop silence, I was thinking out loud but literally no response, not even a hmm,ok :/

Second round has all DSA questions.
Third round had DSA questions and work related discussion with hiring manager.
