Interview was done F2F and it was arranged in methodical way, qeustions were asked around EDA industry and process we follow in our previous company. there were 2-3 rounds conducted all were f2f interview

I was reached out to interview for a role in the HR department. After providing my availability, I had to follow up with the coordinator only to be informed that the phone screen was going to take place the same day. After two weeks of no communication from the coordinator, I followed up again for the next steps. Was brought onsite to meet the team and complete an Excel test which was delayed because the interviewer did not have it ready. Got news that the team wanted to bring me back for final rounds/final call and to retake the Excel test because it didn't save. The coordinator did not confirm the final call so I was taken by surprise when the hiring manager called. Lack of communication and the technical difficulties were very unprofessional.
