There are three technical rounds namely from junior technical, senior technical and manager of Cadence. Then there is an HR round. Topics like pipelining & hazards, Cache, Assembly language, VHDL, C, frequncy divider, clock gneration using VHDL are touched in the technical rounds. And a question to explain my project from digital design is asked.

It was on campus placement. Resume shortlisting was done and then direct interview was scheduled(no written test). Two rounds of interview an hour each. Both the rounds were technical and mostly focused on systemverilog and verification.
