The Cadence interview process is very straightforward. Mine started with a phone screen to provide introductions and background of the myself and the hiring manager and also to discuss more about the position and what they're looking for. On the day of the on-site, it was a back to back 1:1 interview testing both technical and procedural knowledge as well as personality.
