The interview process was very easy and convenient for myself and was also something I had not done before, which was interesting. For the position I interviewed for I had to do an online, recorded interview with pre-recorded questions and I recorded my answers in a non face to face interview. It gave me two chances to record myself and respond to the questions presented to me so I had time to think of my answers and make sure I presented myself appropriately and answered the questions correctly and to my liking. This convenience was nice as I was able to do it on my time in the comfort of my home without having to drive anywhere or worrying about being on time for a scheduled in-person interview. I enjoyed my experience using it and thought it was a cool tool in the interview process
