I was contacted by recruiter to set up a quick 15 min phone screen interview. I was qualified to move forward to the final interview with a manager. The final interview lasted over 1hr, discussing the job details, my resume, and 5-6 STAR method questions.

I had to do tests that took about 45 min. When finished, I received an email with an offer to continue on in the interview process, but the pay had been cut in half from what was originally offered. For the pay, spending this much time was a waste.

Entretien
I had a phone screening first about a week after I applied and was scheduled for an interview a week after that. After the interview I didn't receive any updates, so I reached out to them first 2 weeks after the interview. I was told I'd receive an update after all interviews were completed. Again, another week passed and nothing. I kept checking the job application portal and that's where I saw that I didn't get the job. The whole process took over a month and I'm highly disappointed I couldn't even get a courtesy rejection email.
