Once a store selects you for an interview, you show up and sit down with the store leader as they ask you a series of simple questions such as the standard "What would you do in this situation?", "How good are you with people?", "How would you respond to a rude customer?" etc.
Then some questions about yourself. Hiring process and interview is extremely easy.

The interview process was smooth and fast. I was asked about my previous experience and how I manage daily responsibilities at work. The conversation was friendly and professional. Everything went well, and I felt comfortable during the interview. Overall, it was a positive experience for me.
It’s good interview and I like it so much .that’s makes me happy and I have to think more than once to see myself what the next episode will look like.
