the staffing company that arranged my interview was rather unorganized; they did not have the accurate address.; their communication with the caremark officials was either far from from proficient; Or the responsible personnel for interview at the Caremark were rather inefficient. I got in at the interview exactly 7 minutes before the interview was supposed to start - however, i had to wait more than 47 minutes before they took me to the interview room. I gave answers to all questions with authority. I also had to take the skills test. When I asked one of the interviewers as to how I performed, the response was "you did excellent" and yet I never got called for next stage in the interview!

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
