Entretien
Step one was a phone screen with an HR agent which took 30 minutes and entailed fairly basic questions. Step two was a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager with more involved questions relating to past work experience and competency in leadership and teamwork. Final round was a half-day on-site session involving four one-hour interviews: more behavioral questions and the occasional case question.

Provide an example of when you worked effectively in a team setting
Straightforward process with behavioral interview to discuss past experience and skills, and case interview. My first interview was over the phone, second was onsite at the office I would be working at.
Initially I was screened by HR after a recruiter contacted me. After this, followed a phone interview. Then I chose to do an in person interview instead of zoom. It was nice to be offered a choice.
Got a very quick response from the team after submitting application. After filling out application was invited to do a video interview through their platform. You record your answers and get about 30 seconds before each question to prepare.
