Very easy. Went upstairs and interviewed with the pharmacy manager. She asked me two questions: 1) Tell me a time where you had to deal with a difficult person. 2) What is your schedule like.
I found out that I was hired about 4 days after.

I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
