3 rounds of interviews done in total after the initial phone screening with HR department, over the course of several weeks with various team members across the department at multiple levels

The interview was simple. They mostly wanted to know about my de-escalation skills. Signs of empathy and heart felt communication skills. They are looking for people to be genuine, extremely authentic. People that love to be of service to others and have plenty of patience.
