Showed up in business casual and interview with the store manager. Very casual setting in their office. Sat down and began to answer questions.
First question was just an overall overview of my resume. At the the time I was still attending college, so I had no experience in retail.
Asked about my time management and I do have experience in food service.
Lastly was if I was bilingual and how fluent.
Fairly easy done with the store manager who wants to know how you would react or what you would do in certain situations. How you would interact with the rest of the team etc

Simple and fast interview process. Mostly behavioral questions about customer service. Manager was friendly and clear about expectations. Dress neatly and be prepared to discuss your availability and past experience.
