Not difficult. I was hired immediately. Not any questions just asked about availability and career goals. Very boring took about thirty minutes. Wear business casual clothing. Originally applied as customer associate and offered pharmacy tech job at interview
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
