Went through a referral, called for an interview. Went to a nearby store and was interviewed by dsm. thereafter they sent me an offer letter and date of joining. It was easy and less time consuming.

The first stage was interview me on behavioral questions. The next stage is to take a VJT. Then you will move on to the next stage with an interview with the store manager. The recruiter was kind and outgoing.
