Entretien
I had an employee referral. I had a phone interview which asked management compentecy question. It lasted about 20 minutes. I did an online appliction which also had similar screening questions.
The following week I had a one on one interview in which I was offered the position verbally. Drug test and background test was conducted. A formal offer letter and start date was given. Almost two months had elapsed from the beginning phase.

What was you biggest work place challenge and how did you overcome it? A sudden product outdate was announced that had to be completed within 24 hours without exception.
good easy. asked basic question. very smooth process. the process from start to finish was fast and they reply very fast, they are very nice throughout the interview process and very professional

I made it far into the interview process. I was ready to make the leap to start training and had verbally agreed to training and the salary. I was given the news that I was not chosen for the training position because they decided to hire someone with more recent retail experience. My experience was not as recent because I pursued a college degree and was unable to work during that time. Also, I was not chosen because I was not Bilingual, although it wasn't a requirement it was strongly preferred.

Entretien
The interview was professional, and the interviewer went over every detail and fielded every question that I had. They explained the pathway to full management, along with timeline, pay, expectations, and hours.
