They will want to know how well you work with others and examples of times where that might have been difficult. Being able to express yourself is important, the job is customer service and if you can't talk one on one then it will be difficult to deal with a long line of unhappy customers.

It went well they ask you the normal questions why would you be a good fit and if you graduated highschool and some other questions it wasn’t a difficult interview but I’m sure everywhere is different I was just myself
