I met with the store manager a year previously for a position as a front store cashier. Over the year I continued to learn and improve my customer service to the point I was offered a shift supervisor position and started as a shift trainee.

How would you respond to a customer who is upset about a coupon that she isn’t able to use?
Interview was a simple conversation about job requirements and availability as well as previous work experience. Interviewer was polite and encouraging, mostly conversational with little stress. Talked about training they provide and expectations as well.

Very chill in person interview, asks a few question and availability and thats it. Overall a very easy process to be completely honest. Love cvs though and think its a good place to work
The interview process was amazing, my interviewer was kind and informative. I felt welcomed in when we were talking during my interview. Any questions i asked were answered in a polite and respectful way. We got along well.
