Applied on line, had phone and in person interview. Had to pursue recruiter for follow up, asked for feedback when notified job was offered to another candidate. Recruiter never got back to me. Recruitment process impersonal and unprofessional. Uncompetitive salary.

None. Management concerned about adaptation to work environment. Have applied and been interviewed by CVS several times in the past. Managers are given a list of questions to ask candidates, so interview process can seem a bit impersonal.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Entretien
The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
