I replied to the email immediately and never heard back from them again. I sent about 4 follow up emails over the course of 3 weeks but never received a response.

It took a few weeks to get the hiring manager interview invitation after initial phone screening. After which, it took another couple weeks for the offer. It seemed a little disjointed, but the actual interview with the hiring manager was great.
