I filled out an application and kept checking back to speak with the actual hiring manager. I was given an interview and a few days or less later, I accepted for the position.

Question 1
There were no difficult questions during the interview. It was a basic run down of how to do the job and what was to be expected on a daily basis. There was a delay with training in the position that I was hired for due to managerial changes.
