I was contacted for an interview and was asked to come in within a few days. After speaking with management for about half an hour, we concluded the interview and moved on with our days. After 3 or 4 days I was called back and offered the position. Very fluid and quick turnaround time, very effecient.

There were not really any difficult questions as I have been in retail management for 15 years.
Was a simple interview, lasted approximately 30 mins and covered the standard interview questions. Mostly available to people already working at the store. Would recommend longer tenure before applying. Not much else to say to be honest.

A average and one should always smile. Be confident and have faith in your self that you will be given the opportunity. Everyone is given a fair chance and should always review tips before interview

Because I already knew the store manager and most of the employees, I only needed to pass the online business test. Once I passed, I was immediately hired and scheduled for orientation.
