I initially got a call from the supervisor and was asked basic questions like what I did in my previous job and how that might pertain to the job at CVS and then was asked to a personal interview. The interview process was pretty average. It was one-on-one They asked questions like "Where do you think you'll be in 5 years?" and "What was the most challenging experience you had?" But do expect a lot of questions. It took about 40 minutes.
