The first interview was completely online through a different party. You had to record yourself and only had a certain amount of time to answer each question. This was difficult because you only had once chance, and it was very uncomfortable looking at yourself on the computer.

The interview included a multiple Step Process for a summer retail internship position. There were multiple phone calls and video interviews. Questions about self, CVS health, and why this internship position, and previous experience related or not related to the field.

CVS internship has 3 rounds of interviews, one phone screening, one phone interview with the hiring manager and one technical interview. The third one was a little bit unexpected because I have never coded through a phone interview before. So a good reminder for future applicants could be prepared on SQL and practice with database problems before the interview.
