HR round, hiring manager round, case study, and then super day with different team members (Eng, DS, design, etc). Overall, it was mainly conversational which I appreciated, rather than technical. A lot of it was determining skill set and communication style between teams.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez CVS Health en déc. 2012
Entretien
I was referred to the company by current employee. After my resume was received by HR, I was contacted for a phone screen. It was pretty basic phone screen-questions about my background and the position. A few days later I was asked to come onsite for several face to face interviews. I was had three interviews for 30 minutes each with several managers in the IT department. A week later I was contacted for a follow up interview with the hiring manager. A few weeks later, I received an offer for the position. Afterwards, a drug screen and background check. Starting date set 3 weeks later.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Questions were pretty basic-about the job, my background, what methodologies used and such. Not a behavioral interview. Most questions job related. The people were busy and the interviews were short and to the point.
Contacted for an interview from Aetna, sent a screening document to fill out, met with the hiring manager for a virtual meeting, might be a second round with other team members.
it was pretty good and i really enjoyed the part where they asked questions and i answered questions and then we talked about stuff and the job and other jobs
