Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

I was pretty nervous .Went in the store and felt nothing but pressure.The manager was extremely nice and the questions were long but it was about 15 minutes.He spoke a lot about the duties of being a cashier and he seemed really positive.Really good experience

Quick 30 mins. Questions were the usual basic ones every job asks. They take you to the back room and into the lunch room and you are interviewed by the manager and their assistant.

Entretien
I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
