Super easy, just made sure I fit the qualifications! The manager at the time just called me up and ask me some basic questions about myself like why I want to work there. I think I may have talked to a recruiting person as well but I am unsure, all very casual.
I got asked about history from other jobs and what I did. Told me about how you can work a different cvs in the area. Asked my availability. What I look at when working a job. Told me about working holidays, and it’s extra pay.

Very simple and quick interview process. I received feedback within 2 weeks. It involves a short conversation with the store manager about customer service, availability, teamwork, and handling retail situations.
