First I tested at their main office showcasing my excel skills and also took a timed typing test. I then Interviewed with a CTTS supervisor and a General Electric (GE) Aviation Manager at GE North Pointe in West Chester, OH. They basically asked me for a run down of my technical skills, and job experience. Also they asked general questions based on how I work in a team environment, and how self motivated I am. Thw work environment is business casual, but I came to the interview dressed business professional.
