the interview was in person, very professional. was greeted once I came in. was able to ask questions. The questions asked was about my resume and how I would be a good fit for the team.

The interview is fairly straightforward. If you're lucky, they MAY get back to you. I interviewed a month ago, and despite numerous attempts at following up, have heard nothing from them. I'm guessing by now, they gave the job to someone else. More and more companies are doing this, and it is discouraging.
