Phone call. He asked me expected salary and time availability. Schedule an in person interview for next day. The interview was awful. The interviewer had no idea what was the position I applied for. He did not review my resume so I had to explain all my life from zero. He was unprofessional. Using phone calls instead of emails. It looks like he was not really motivated to do his job.

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times
