You sit in a room and answer 20 questions. Afterwards they give each of your answers a point rating and count up your points. All very standard interview questions. Be prepared to know what safeguarding and information governance is going in. And be prepared for competency questions and to use the STAR technique to demonstrate when youve exhibited certain skills.
