The interview process was shorter than that of past companies I have worked for. I spoke with CSG's recruiter via the phone to plan an in-person interview. My interview consisted of one-on-one conversations with three CSG employees, each from a different team in the company. Questions focused on my background and skills, as well as the reason why I thought CSG was the right fit for me. Everyone who I engaged with during the hiring process was smart, alert, down-to-earth, and outgoing.

I applied to this job via a local agency. it was a two stage interview process, first with HR and Sales VP, and then a secon interview where I had to do a presentation. It took place over 2 weeks and went really smooth. All the interviewers were very approachable and professionals
