It was a 2 person Panel Basic Interview, very down to earth , very informal. (this is Harris bank of Canada,BMO, Bank of Montreal).The Interviewer and the panel were wearing faded Jeans. I was wearing a Business Suit and Tie. the feeling looked as if I was in a very comfortable and command of myself. I did not understand the interviewers style. then I found out they were my Future Supervisors. that's when I understood that they had some sort of Predetermined agreement on whom to hire(this is Harris bank of Canada,BMO, Bank of Montreal).
