Interview in person in Kwinana with HR and technical personnel Very straightforward questions in the interviews, a good mix of typical behavioural and technical questions related to process engineering discipline. Promised to inform me of outcome within 2-3 business days of the final interview in Kwinana, whether the outcome was good or bad. Had to follow up 3 weeks later with interviewer, who then answered my voicemail I had left a few days prior with an email stating that I was unsuccessful. Considering the process had already lasted 2 months at the stage of the final interview and had spanned multiple interviews, it was a bit frustrating.
