Everyone that I interviewed with was wonderful and easy to speak to. Open to questions and conversation. Quick and easy process and only 3 interviews including with the HR coordinator.

You are interviewed by the "leadership team". You sit in a room surrounded by the leadership team, while other employees walk by and look. Each member of the leadership team has to play a role; either not interested or interested. Some members purposely ignore you and turn away to make you feel less than. This was a tactic to see if you would fold. You are made to feel intimidated.
