I met with a representative at a university career fair and spoke with him and gave him a resume. I was contacted on the phone to set up an interview for the next day and emailed a confirmation. The interview process was very relaxed and took about an hour. We talked about what the job required, what the training was like, and how compensation worked (paid training and then commission only afterward). We talked about whether it was going to be a good fit for me and if I was interested. Then said they were doing interviews for the rest of the week but they would contact me next week and training would start next month.
