Had a phone screening with HR. They said they would get back to me in a week letting me know if I made it through to the next round. After waiting over a week, I reached out a couple of times with no response. I think that’s very unprofessional.

Interview process was efficient and communication was good. I was advised quickly of next steps and who would be involved. It took no more than 3 weeks from interview to job offer
