Interviewing would very a lot depending on the hiring manager My interview process was very slow because the hiring manager was very busy. The hiring manager did most of the talking. Online application, followed by a call, and then in-person interview for the position. Long, arduous process. Lots of talk about culture and earning potential. After it was narrowed down to 2 applicants, I was offered the role formally with my wife also at the meeting.
