Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez COUNTRY Financial (Bloomington, IL) en janv. 2010
Entretien
The interview process was very standard there were no surprises. The process was clearly explained and occurred as expected. The questions asked by HR were essentially verbatim from the 50 best interview questions website. I prepared three scar's (situation, conflict, action, result/resolution) and I was able to apply them to every question that was asked.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
None stood out, they were all very standard, I was caught off guard because I was asked to use three words to describe myself and then followed up with three different words friends or co-workers would use to describe me. I did not have six words queued up to describe myself.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez COUNTRY Financial (Alpharetta, GA) en mai 2017
Entretien
I applied online, and was contacted by a recruiter 1-2 weeks later and setup an initial phone screen. It was very laid back and conversational (talk about experience, prior roles, what I want to do, etc..) I was told I'd hear something back, one way or another, within about a week or so. I never heard anything back. It turned out not to be a good fit for me after holding the interview, but would have been nice if they would have at least followed back up. Seems like a good company overall.
