Questionable recruitment process. I was pursued by a recruiter to complete a 30-45 minute personality questionnaire, only to be rejected afterward. It appears that the focus was primarily on the personality assessment for pre-screening, rather than considering candidates' qualifications or engaging in direct interactions. I believe that a more balanced approach, incorporating both personality insights and qualifications, would provide a better understanding of a candidate's fit for the role.
