You'll interview with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then the regional director, all over teams, and then have an in person interview with the hiring manager and the regional director, and then finally have a teams meeting with the area director. This process will take over a month. You'll also have a silly behavioral exam in the beginning. 5 rounds is very excessive for an associate role. I made it to the fourth round and was ghosted afterward, no updates or feedback.
