The interview process for me was a phone interview. I first had a screening and then spoke with two separate people on the potential team I'd be working on. The 3 phone interviews all happened within the span of about one week.

They asked the typical "tell us about a time you had a conflict with a coworker or manager" which I find to be difficult even if it is expected.

My interview was all about working in a breaking news environment, how to do the best reference interview possible under the circumstances, and how to follow-up requests truthfully (even when the information wasn't what the reporter wanted to hear)

Entretien
Three-stage interview process, including a test, with different managers, not including phone screening with the recruiter. In-person interviews were long and in-depth, and required preparation. Interviewees are expected to know the job description, and ask intelligent questions.
