Had a good conversation with the talent acquisition team. The interview moved forward with the hiring manager. The hiring manager missed the scheduled interview, but apologized and eventually scheduled another time. During the 2nd meeting, the hiring manager seemed very uninterested in the conversation and a simple coding test was conducted. It felt like a waste of time overall. I never heard anything afterwards, but maybe that is for the best.
