Applied online and received an digital interview two months later. From there I got a phone call with a producer who hired me the following day. The video interview is what counts the most, the phone interview was informal

2 step interview, first was more of a vibe check with a group. Second was one on one. Easy, friendly and warm environment for an interview. Didn't feel that nervous but curious about what they look for in the first steps.
