One on one interview with HR and management. Also had to conduct a switching test prior to the in person interview. Final approval involved an passing a drug test to be offered the position.

They asked the usual questions about safety, attitude and situational awareness. How id react to certain things. Fairly friendly interviewers. Overall it was a good experience. I got an offer but declined due to health reasons.
