30 minutes online meeting with HR, then Hackerrank coding test. In the meeting, you talk about your experience, projects you built and reasons behind your interest in CME. Friendly and easy. Then if shortisted, you recieve coding test.

Entretien
the interview process is challenging, it's a build up phases.
First you have the assignment that you will solve and send it back to the company, this assignment is based of your choice regarding the technology used ( java,react).
Second, if you pass the assignment you will begin with an HR interview wish was very friendly, after it you have a technical interview.
Finally, if you pass the technical and Hr interview you have a management interview with one of the founders of the company.
Overall it was a pleasant process, it's innovative they try to see if a person can learn and adapt to new technologies that are emerging.

Question 1
as for the technical interview they were mostly about my knowledge in the algorithmic world and around design patterns.
Regarding the management interview it was questions about yourself and where do you see yourself in the future. And in the end they ask you to solve a riddle, they want to see how you think and they help you along the process.
