Normal interview, we just had to build a lego set to show how we work as a team. Then we had to do individual interviews where they would ask a few questions abuot the company, what they do etc

Relatively straightforward and easy, interviewers were very friendly, respectful and accommodating, nothing technical moreso looking for attitude and related experiences. Being from a stockbroking background or Commerce degree will go far and being genuinely interested in the field.
