Straight forward, includes writing test. Two rounds of interviews. Interviewers were nice and professional I was asked about job history and who I wanted the role. There is a training program for new writers.

Entretien
I completed an external writing test and was subsequently invitated to a timed, on-site writing test. On the same day as the on-site test, a ~1 hour interview with the department head and member of HR was conducted
