I applied on LinkedIn and was contacted a few days after for a video interview with one partner and one other higher up. The day after my first interview, I was contacted about meeting with two other partners at the organization. I followed up after the second interview, but I never heard anything back. A writing assessment was mentioned early on in the process, but I guess I didn't make it to that step. Everyone I met with was kind and personable. I enjoyed meeting with the team. Both interviews were more of a conversation rather than an interrogation, which I appreciated. Although I didn't get an offer, everyone I met with seemed genuinely interested in me and my experience.

Phone screen, writing test due back in 24 hours, and in-office interview with two senior members. After my third round interview, they dropped off the face of the earth. I think this was poor form following completion of a time-sensitive written test. I invested a fair amount of time in the interview process and they never followed up, which I find unprofessional and indicative of what you'd likely be working with.
