In my experience it was a very smooth interview process using Microsoft Teams. Interviews was very informative and eye-opening. Questions and concerns welcome without bias. I would definitely give their interview process two thumbs up.

You'll speak with scouting recruiter first. Then the hiring manager and program manager will interview you. You may go through another interview with another department so they'll see where they want to place you. You may or may not get an offer after.

Entretien
You speak with a Recruiter directly with the company which pre-assess basic abilities then sets a interview with the responding hiring manager. From that point you will have a virtual meeting via Microsoft Teams. If all goes well you will be moved to a secondary interview with other employees in a similar position to assess compatibility.
